Wow! This is very insightful. A visionary POV on organizational changes under the influence of gen AI.
Joseph, I assume you are "Organizational Orchestrator" at Lila Games. Did you start transformation process at your org? When can you share some interim results? By definition that should a perpetual iterative process of adjustment to the emerging AI-defined meta
Hey Maxon, thanks for the kind note! Actually, at our company we hired an AI engineer/PM for this role. We're still trying to figure it out and so much is changing so quickly that it's difficult to talk about specific initiatives that haven't changed.
One way I've been thinking about this more recently is perhaps having 2 orchestrators. More specifically, in somewhat oversimplified terms, you can think about a company as roughly: 1. People and 2. Product. I may split this role into 2 different people, one responsible for AI returns to people and the other for returns to product.
I think sharing the results is a good idea! Right now, I'm getting my ass kicked on game dev... but right after that it may be cool to share some of our ideas and initiatives and open ourselves up for feedback, especially critical feedback!

Joseph, thank you for detailed reply. I appreciate your openness.
