This is weird. The employee didn't have a passion for HR and left. Does the QA tester need to have a passion for QA to join LILA?

This really depends on the person. What is this person's objective? Maybe they have dreams to someday become a game designer and want to get in the door at a gaming company and see QA as a path to get to what they eventually do. Maybe this person loves QA? However, in my experience, if you are just doing a job to make money (which if that's your objective is fine), and don't have passion for your role, you will not become great at it. For some companies and for some jobs, it's ok to just be ok and go home to do whatever else you want to do in your life. It depends. And yes, for us at Lila, even for QA we would look for someone who genuinely seeks to learn and become the best at QA.
